Cardio Kickboxing

The cardio kickboxing program is designed for adults of all ages to
improve endurance, stamina, fitness, weight loss and cardio health. Basic
martial arts kicks and punches are taught during a high-energy,
fast-moving workout. Our cardio classes are offered simultaneously with
some of our children’s programs in our new lower level training room so
adults can enjoy a workout while their child is taking a class on our main
level. For younger siblings, childcare is offered in our play area on the
main level during cardio classes.
