At USA Karate Academy, we have a long-standing tradition of identifying students who possess a high level of self-discipline, focus & skill; these students wear a STORM TEAM patch on their uniform sleeve which stands for Special Team of Role Models. Typically, STORM TEAM members are at least a brown belt rank and attend classes of lower rank than their own to assist with students and demonstrate skills and techniques as needed. STORM TEAM members continue to train in their own belt level classes. To be chosen for the STORM TEAM is an honor and all of the Instructors have input as to whom to select to participate.
