USA Karate Academy started a Demonstration Team 2 years ago which consists of students who are of Green Belt Rank or Higher. We have performed at 2 Annual Martial Arts Nights at the Somerset Patriots Baseball Stadium in Bridgewater and wowed the crowd with our performance which includes calisthenics, dive rolls, acrobatics, forms and board breaking. We plan to participate in the 2010 Martial Arts night being held on May 19th, 2010. We have also participated in various Street Fairs in local towns and Community Days. Our Demo team will be expanded in 2010 and we will be performing at even more venues. The Demo Team requires attendance at regular practices, is an added benefit for eligible students, is a lot of fun, builds confidence, self-esteem and new skills while being offered at no extra cost to enrolled students.
